What to expect during a massage?
Once you have filled out the appropriate paperwork (download HERE and bring in with you) your massage therapist will consult with you about your problem areas or conditions that you are presenting with. As soon as a treatment plan has been established, the massage therapist will instruct you on how to undress and lay on the table, giving you full privacy to prepare for your massage. During the massage the massage therapist will be confirming with you on your comfortability and the pressure that she is using.
Please allow 1 hour and 45 minutes for a 90 minute massage, 1 hour and 15 minutes for a 60 minute massage and 45 minutes for a 30 minute massage.
