Smart Pulse is a device used to assess your Cardio Vascular Health. The test is done in the office and only takes 3 minutes to perform. Dr. Josh or Dr. Ginger will have a full print out of your test results within minutes and will be able to explain them to you and make any necessary recommendations you may need.
How does the Smart Pulse work?
The Smart Pulse device is placed on your finger and laser inside the device monitors your pulse rhythm and rate. It detects the consistency of your pulse. The more pliable and elastic your arteries and veins are the more smooth your pulse will be. When the arteries and veins have plaguing and stenosis from cardio vascular disease the pulse becomes irregular and erratic resulting in higher cardio vascular disease risk.
